Through our efforts in the customer case mentioned below, we have created a great deal of trust and confidence in our clients through our experience and specialist expertise.
Turnaround
The company had existed since the 1960s and was a real family business operating in the environmental industry. When we came into the picture, the company showed declining sales and had major profitability problems. There were also staff problems and the finance department did not function satisfactorily.
We started by interviewing the owner and asking about his vision for the company. The owner realized that major changes were needed and it was decided that a new CEO would be appointed.
At present, the company has large surpluses and has raised its turnover to unprecedented heights. The company's staff strength has largely been replaced and the finance function can deliver accurate reports in support of management.
Structuring
We were brought into the company at an early stage. The company had only existed for a few years and was active in a relatively unexplored market. The company's founder consisted of four people who could not decide / agree on what structure the company would have. Interviews were conducted with the owners to arrive at an optimal structure regarding work distribution and responsibilities.
A couple of years later, the company won its class in Dagens Industri's competition Gasellföretag. The company currently has around 100 employees and is present in several European countries.
